Eyeprentice Fellowship Showcase 2027

Over the past two years we've brought together residents, fellows, faculty, and industry — and the energy in the wet labs and the hallway conversations told us we were onto something. For our third year we're building on everything that worked and making it better.

Knowing how to operate is only half the job. The other half — choosing a practice, reading a contract, running a team, building a name — never shows up on a rotation schedule. That gap between residency and whatever comes next is exactly why we started this. These three days are built to close it, with real hands-on time, straight talk about careers, and people who have been where you are and figured it out.
